[hypermail] version 2.1.0 uploaded to sourceforge

 I redid the configure section of hypermail.html to describe some of the most important options (instead of duplicating all the documentation in hmrc.html) and to refer to hmrc.html for a full description.  I made a new release.
 I will start work on deleting/expiring messages next.
