These two messages, when ran through hypermail, show up threaded in the threaded view, but there is no 'next in thread' in the message view, at least not on my setup.

One thing I did not mention in my original mail: on the old machine, where things worked, I used qmail, on the new machine, I use postfix. I don't know whether this has anything to do with anything. Anyway the mailbox is in the end written by maildir2mbox, which is a qmail utility.
