OK, I install Apache-1.2.6 from ftp.freebsd.org and re-start it instead Apache-1.2.6rus. The same result!! More, if I try send message ",,,,,," I got "ÂÂÂÂÂÂ", but if I wrote "ÂÂÂÂÂÂ" in message body, I have got ",,,,,,". Sorry, if it's stupid quiestion. It seems problem in Hypermail, not Apache. Or in some another configuration, but where?
