Uh-oh, does it show that I've neglected my duties? :-)

I managed to repeat the bugs pretty easy and the attached patch seemed to correct the problems here in my end. This patch also corrects two other mistakes, namely the missing "att-" from the random name generator and also the glitch that can make hypermail lose the first character of an attachment file name.

(the patch probably works for 2a19 as well as 2a20)
