It is totally a matter of taste. I remember that css specified lowercase. I really don't care. Some like it in lowercase, some like all uppercase, some have a mixture... Many authoring tools are inconsistent themselves.

If people have a real desire one way or the other then we could make it "our standard". Comments ?
