If the format of each message is the standard RFC format, I don't
see why
you can't just pipe the messages through hypermail.
I see two possibilities: a) first append all the messages into one
large
file (making sure you have a blank line between each one) and then run
that
file through hypermail, or b) pipe each individual message through
hypermail.
