error trying to automate hypermail

I keep getting this error when I try to automate hypermail

• The following addresses had permanent fatal errors ----- "| /usr/local/bin/hypermail -i -u -c /home/httpd/neutron/neutron.rc" (expanded from: osborn)
• Transcript of session follows ----- sh: hypermail not available for sendmail programs 554 "| /usr/local/bin/hypermail -i -u -c /home/httpd/neutron/neutron.rc" ... Service unavailable
