 This would probably make it easier for experienced users to use it as a reference, at the cost of making it harder for newbies to find options when they don't know what's available. This seems like a bad tradeoff for the .html files, where I can add navigation links that can probably get experienced users to the right place quickly. For the man page, I'm uncertain - maybe it's futile to try to make it easy to navigate all the options, and we should direct newbies to the .html files (maybe shortening the descriptions of the rarely used options to one line each in the man page)?
