 There is a Changelog file included with the distribution.  This doesn't appear to be a known bug, nor does it appear easy to reproduce. It might be nice if you could check whether upgrading to a newer version fixes the problem, but the best thing for you to do would be to send me a mailbox which can be used to reproduce the problem (e.g. if you run hypermail on all but the last message in the mailbox, and then run it on the full mailbox) and an indication of which link it screws up.
