With different combinations of & or %26 in the mailto: I can get the header to appear or disappear from the subject, but I can never get threads to indent. I also get all of my replies to say "maybe in reply to"

I'm cc'ing myself on these next two messages to look at the full headers. How does hypermail figure out threading without an "In reply to" header anyway? Received on Fri 10 Aug 2001 05:55:08 PM GMT
