Daniel Stenberg was willing in december 2002 to include this in the baseline if writing haofs would have become a configurable option. In following up that thread and my message http://www.landfield.com/hypermail/mail-archive/2000/Dec/0019.html I hereby present the haof option.
Maybe it is time to rename that contrib/hoaf-28 directory in contrib/haof, remove the old patch and add the new dtd to accompain the new hypermail ability if the patch makes it in the baseline...
