[hypermail] Suggestion: another level for filtering attachments

Some thoughts...

Besides filtering mail by MIME types (option ignore_types), it would be useful if we could filter them by suffix or name.

This way, even if you allow application/octet, you could avoid having .pif files or other such files used by virii.
