Re: [hypermail] eliminating need to choose increment = 0 or 1

 I have checked in some changes to enable "increment = -1" to cause hypermail to automatically decide whether to use the increment = 1 or increment = 0 mode. If no mbox is specified, it will use the first command line argument that doesn't specify an option.

 After this mode gets a bit more testing, I will change the hmrc defaults to "increment = -1" and "mbox = ".
