Hypermail doesn't support the JAVT TimeZone

Hi,

Messages with timezone "JAVT" (+0700 Java) are all stored in the folder for "Wed Dec 31 1969". My suspicion is that HyperMail cannot handle this timezone properly. Any ideas/insights?
