Thanks for the help. I did this, and it did in fact build successfully. However, the resulting binary doesn't actually *do* anything. That is, when I invoke:
hypermail -c /path/to/hmrc /path/to/mbox ...it seems to parse the hmrc file (gives messages about deprecated options) then says 'Loading mailbox...' and does nothing further. ''top' reveals that it is at 0.0% CPU usage, no files are written, nothing happens at all.

Any ideas? Anything I can send you as far as a logfile, binary, etc?
