Regarding MIME in hypermail.

So far, I've implemented:

Extracting of binary attachments to files, and href'ing them from the mail.
Support for 7bit, 8bit (iso-8859-1), quoted-printable and base64 encoding in mail bodies.
Multilined header support
Base64 and quoted-printable encoded header support
Attached HTML-attachments are showed 'inlined'.
Improved parsing performance

A question that struck me when trying the type 'message/rfc822' (for attached mails), I have an interesting question for you: (the attached mail does of course get 'inlined' in the HTML flow)

Which headers in a forwarded mail should be shown? I figure this may very well depend on different occations and users, but then, how should we define them?

If anyone feels like testing this at this stage, which I'd appriciate since I really can't come up with all those weird cases to test, please say so and you'll get my current beta to torture.
