Critmail has this. Do you have any plans to try to integrate it back into Hypermail?

 This would be pretty nice.

Critmail has a feature to reread an existing archive and rewrite it in the current html output style.

Critmail has an option to make the each set of replies in a thread into a separate page. See for example:
http://crit.org/critmail/sci_nano/index.html  It also has an option to produce index pages broken up by month and/or by year. The example at:
http://crit.org/critmail/sci_nano/summary.html seems to be broken now; I'll try to fix it tomorrow.
