I never use it either, and the only interesting thing with viewing headers that I can think of is in particular cases when you're interested in a single mail, like how long the mail servers involved did mess with it, which servers that relayed it etc. But then I would like the ability to check that *single* mail just then, not rebuild the entire archive and get a bazillion mails shows with headers...
