20b3 nearly ready

Quick status. I nearly have 2.03b ready. I was going to release it this weekend but at the last minute found a rather nasty bug in how it blindly trusted the names contained in the MIME attachments. I had some mail that I should not have trusted and it did a nice job of pointing out the errs of my ways. :) Luckly it was on a test machine.. I'm going to clean that up and then I'll be ready.
