Hi

I've had some problems in the past when people send me MIME mails in which the encoded-words in the headers contain the letter '?' although it isn't a valid character according to the RFC.

Novell Groupwise is one of the bad guys that do this.

Anyway, the attached patch make hypermail be less strict about that error. There is no harm in accepting ?-letters there.
