Yes. Wouldn't it. And ask all the non-english speakers what their localized clients add to subjects!
We need this configurable too, I just haven't figured out the best way. I mean, they're not all prepended to the beginning of the mail, some silly systems add weird strings at the end too...
Just throw in your ideas!
