It does now I believe. I kind of considered duplicate IDs so terribly unplaced so they didn't even warrent a comment in the output ;-)

Yes, sorting and mainly threading is kind of problematic when there can be more than one mail that has a single reply. Like "to which of the two previous mails with the same ID was the reply for?".
