MIME boundary problems with mutt-0.95.1i resolved. again. (repost)

I already posted this patch to this list, but it was not incorporated into hypermail-2a21 as far as i could see.

this patch can be applied to the beta, cvs and alpha versions of hypermail. for the alpha and cvs versions, you will have to run:         

        patch -p1 --ignore-whitespace < empty_msg-fix.diff in the hypermail directory (just one below src/)

hope that it will be applied this time (if not, then a little feedback would be nice),
