Because the userid that the hypermail process is running as doesn't have permission to create files in that directory (www/oernii/fun/fun-archiv).

Depending on how your system is set up, hypermail will probably be running as daemon. See the note in docs/hypermail.html about running hypermail from an alias. You may find it easier to run hypermail from a particular user account using a .forward file or procmail.
