    If you read both the cygwin documentation, as well as the explanations given on how to compile hypermail under win9x, you'd find out that you're supposed to a) make a /bin directory, as well as b) symlink sh.exe to /bin/sh

    That's why we make documentation available, to read So, go RTFM!
