Ahhhhh!!! Bet there is no char type definition in the outbound HTML. That's why it probably works for me but not an alternate charset... I'll check into it.

??? I've seen this when I entered a local address without a _at_domain section of the address. (I want to fix this but haven't.)

It's not meant as an MUA, just a simple submission form. Not sure how you would get a message into it.
