If you specify a date format in the config file, there are two places hypermail adds to that string.
I have the following date format defined: %Y/%m/%d - %H:%M %Z - which produces the following result: 1999/11/08 - 16:45 MST on the index page.
When I look at an archive's index, at the bottom I get this string: Archived on: 1999/11/08 - 16:42 MST MST
And in the tag line again: This archive was generated by hypermail 2b26 on 1999/11/08 - 16:42 MST MST.
Seems hypermail loves to add the timezone twice. :)
