That is very strange. Did you change the msgsperfolder value (or anything
else) between initially generating the archive from the mbox and updating
it? Changing msgsperfolder on an existing archive is expected to produce
strange results.
If that isn't what went wrong, please send me your .hmrc and the command
lines that you used (both the original one that created the archive and the
one that does the update with procmail).
