Question about MIME and HTML Email

Hi. I just install Hypermail and it seems to be working great. I have one question. Much of the mail sent to our mailing lists are generated using Netscape and MS Outlook and have rich text. Is there any way these messages can be displayed on the web page with the same fonts and format as the original message?
