"Message-ID is missing"

Hi,

	Well I've compiled 2a23 and I've tried various
	ways to incorporate the 'hm_require_msgid = 0'
	and  'hm_discard_dup_msgids = 0' variables 
	including using the hypermail -c .hmrc option
	but I am still getting the errors and only half
	of my mail list is getting archived.
	
	Any other ideas?
