Here is a new lang.h (and the diff with 2.1.3 original code) that fixes
up some mistranslations, translates the remaining english messages, and
fixes up some HTML problems with accentuated characters.
As a suggestion, I would recommand to move those messages from a header file to a plain C file (.c), since those messages are hardcoded, static data.
I also added those lines, _at_ src/hypermail.c:359:
