[hypermail] Capabilities of Hypermail

Can you let me know if the capabilities of Hypermail allow for questions / responses to be built in to an email sent to multiple parties.

So a HTML email page can hold respondent information which ca nthen be emailed back ?

Please let me know if it can or if you know of any other method.
