I presume the lack of feedback is due to a combination of the somewhat cryptic wording and the absence of any obvious problems. I suspect most of the changes are genuinely uncontroversial. If there are any that are likely to affect the default appearance under common browsers (beyond adding a little new info), you should probably point them out.

I don't know enough about CSS to be sure whether this is a good idea, but I can imagine that it might be a nice way to simplify the code.
