Not html-escaping correctly

hypermail: Version: 2.1.8 Patchlevel: 0

I have a few messages that seem to confuse hypermail.

For example:

This text was in a text/plain email message:

moseley_at_bumby:~$ echo '<a href="http://foo/path?bar=1&foo=2">link</a>' | tidy 2>/dev/null | grep foo <a href="http://foo/path?bar=1&amp;foo=2">link</a>

And hypermail doesn't see to escape inside the single quotes. Here's what hypermail generated:

moseley&#64;bumby:~$ echo '<a href="http://foo/path?bar=1&foo=2">link</a>' | tidy 2&gt;/dev/null | grep foo &lt;a href=&quot;<a href="http://foo/path?bar=1&amp;amp;foo=2">http://foo/path?bar=1&amp;amp;foo=2</a>&quot;&gt;link&lt;/a&gt;

Here's the config, if curious:

    http://svn.swish-e.org/swish_website/hypermail/hypermailrc

And the full hypermail page:

    http://swish-e.org/archive/2004-09/8220.html

you can see that there's other text on that page that isn't correctly escaped.

Thanks,
