No. I just tried it. If you're using a patches 1.02 you'll have to take care of your configuration. Hypermail is able to simply add the new files to the archive.

Use "-c config-file" on the command line and put something like the following in that very file:
set hm_ihtml_headerfile = /var/lib/webspace/etc/linuxger.head set hm_mhtml_headerfile = /var/lib/webspace/etc/linuxger.head set hm_dir = /var/lib/webspace/infodrom/Linux/LinuxGER/list/%y set hm_label = "#LinuxGER"
These headerfiles look like:
